Every birth at Baptist Hospital East is cause for a celebration as we honor the love, joy and hope each baby brings.

To recognize this special moment, the Baptist Hospital East Foundation has created a Baby Blessings wall to commemorate the babies born at Baptist East. Located near the nursery on the hospital’s third floor, Baby Blessings displays commemorative tiles inscribed with your baby’s footprint, name and date of birth.

Baby Blessings is a visible reminder of your family’s special experience and is a wonderful way for parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, or friends to share the joy of a baby’s birth.

Net proceeds from Baby Blessings at Baptist East benefit women’s and children’s services at the hospital. This assures that the excellent service for which you chose Baptist East continues.

• For a $100 donation, your baby’s tile will be displayed on the Baby Blessings wall, and will be yours to keep once it’s rotated off the hospital exhibit.
• For a $50 donation, your baby’s footprint, name and date of birth will be inscribed on a glass medallion that is perfectly suited for use as a Christmas ornament or to display year round.
• For a $125 donation, you will receive both a tile displayed at Baptist East and a medallion for display in your home or office.

All gifts to the Baptist Hospital East Foundation are tax-deductible.

Then mail the completed form, along with a copy of the baby’s footprints (clean photocopies are acceptable) and your donation, to the address provided.
