Dietitians from Baptist Hospital East’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Services Department will lead a grocery store tour of the supermarket to help individuals make healthier food choices while grocery shopping. 

The grocery store tour is offered 9-11 a.m. on the third Tuesday of every third month at Valu Supermarket, 315 Whittington Parkway.

Dates for 2008 are:

• Aug. 19
• Nov. 18

The cost for the tour is $5 for patients currently in the Cardiac Rehabilitation program, including one free guest.

For other interested individuals, the cost is $6 per person or $10 per couple.
