Affiliated Nursing Service for Private Duty Nursing

Affiliated Nursing Service, jointly owned by a division of Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. and Spaid Nursing Service, provides high quality private duty nursing services in your home, as well as in hospitals or nursing homes. Services include:

• personal care assistance such as bathing and dressing
• light housekeeping and meal preparation
• nursing care by RNs and LPNs
• new mother/baby care

Services can be provided from four to 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Private duty nursing is not a covered service under Medicare, unlike the services provided by the Baptist Hospital East Home Health Agency. Private insurance will sometimes help with the cost, and Affiliated will check on your benefits for you.
