Body Wellness is an exercise program for mature adults or people who have lost muscle tone/flexibility or are in a recuperative phase. Based on slow, precise movements, the exercises can be performed while sitting, standing or lying on the floor. A realistic approach to physical fitness, it does not require physician referral.
Morning classes are offered at the
Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center. Each class lasts about an hour and meets three times a week for 10 weeks. Free to Wellness Center members; non-members: $20 for five visits, $40 for 10 visits.
