The clinic offers a broad range of services, from complete diagnostic examinations through follow-up. This comprehensive program of medical, therapeutic and counseling services is designed to treat the patient and family -- body, mind and spirit -- at no direct cost to them.

The clinic is on the fourth floor of the hospital's 4002 Building and is open the second, third and fourth Tuesdays of every month from 1-4 p.m. Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling (502) 456-1440.

In addition to the clinic, the Greater Louisville Muscular Dystrophy Association provides a summer camp, support group, transportation assistance and selected orthopedic aids to children and adults diagnosed with neuromuscular diseases.
