The foundation of Baptist Health Network is its providers. Enrollees have access to Louisville’s preferred healthcare facilities and physicians: Baptist Health. Baptist Health is a familiar family of hospitals, outpatient facilities, urgent care centers and physicians, all dedicated to delivering care in which a patient’s comfort and dignity are considered central to a positive healing experience. Workplace Wellness

While Baptist Health is proud of the quality and scope of providers that make up its network, we also realize that most employees (and employers) would prefer not to visit a hospital or physician. That’s where important lifestyle changes, reinforced within the workplace, can make a striking difference in the health of a company.

Baptist Health@Work offers a variety of workplace wellness programs, services and interventions designed to assist employees in making lifestyle changes for healthier living, and providing employers with consultation and support to manage their employee benefits and implement creative wellness strategies.

On-Site Primary Care Clinic

In addition, Baptist Health@Work can establish an on-site primary care medical clinic within the workplace, offering scheduled access to a Baptist primary care physician, as well as on-site medication dispensing. Employees (and their families) are encouraged to use the clinic for their personal medical needs, improving convenience and access to healthcare. By making physician visits easier, employees can play an active role in caring for their health with either preventive care or before conditions worsen, offering significant savings for the employer. The clinic is offered in conjunction with the Baptist Health Network.

Providing incentives that generate results

Because Baptist Health Network takes each company’s individual workforce into account, we develop an employee benefit structure that best fits your needs. At the core of that plan is the employees’ participation in specific health promotion or disease prevention programs. The reward for employees – beyond better health – is the ability to take advantage of discounted health insurance premiums and/or reduced co-payments and deductibles.
