Baptist Hospital East is committed to providing excellent care for each patient. Whether you are at Baptist East for a few hours or a few days, our high standards of care and patient safety remain the same.

Our healthcare teams in the hospital, laboratory, outpatient services and home health will do their best to meet your needs.

However, if you experience a quality or patient safety concern, please contact the department manager or nurse manager of the unit involved. They will work with you to resolve your concern.
