Power Hour on July 14 to focus on resetting priorities

Tue, Jul 14, 2009 7:00 p.m.

For most Americans, career absorbs much of their time and energy, bankrupting their personal, emotional and spiritual lives.

Take about an hour to step back, assess where you spend your time and get a glimpse of how that can change for the better through a free “Power Hour” presentation with Personal Life Coach Stacey Vicari. Power Hour will be from 7-8:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 14 at the Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center.

In an hour, Vicari will lead you in looking at what matters most in your life, and what stands in the way of bringing those true priorities to the forefront. She will help you learn how to put more energy into what’s important to you by shutting off the energy drains in your life.

Vicari offers the Power Hour monthly at the Wellness Center. The next session will be Tuesday, August 4, from 7-8:15 p.m.

The Indiana University Kelley School of Business graduate draws on her life experiences, leadership expertise and knack for motivation to help others discover their ideal life. For more information, call Ideal Life at (502) 459-8565 or visit www.myideallife.com.
