Stocking the pantry



The biggest part of any job is to organize the effort. The same goes with cooking. Take a few steps to organize your efforts and the "job" of cooking will be easy.

Consider this list of foods to power" your kitchen with the right stuff for healthy meals.
  1. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  2. Lean ground beef
  3. Roast beef
  4. Hearty whole grain breads
  5. Pita bread
  6. Tortillas
  7. Gourmet mustard
  8. Specialty vinegars
  9. Salsa
  10. Pasta sauces
